  • The relatively small historic town hall is well worth a short visit in passing. The Memorial to the victims of the wartime bombing is interesting.

  • This is a historical German building. When I came here, the outside of the building was under renovation. I would assume it to be nice take photos here after the renovations is competed.  more »
  • Although Würzburg was one of the most zerbomten cities, succeeded in the Centre (not all!) and here to restore the Town Hall again beautifully. Personally, the exhibition has impressed me from the model of the blitzed city centre and also the list of names of the many victims...

  • In the located on both sides of the river main and the fortress Marienberg dominated former City Hall standing prince-bishopric of Würzburg. The original Romanesque, after the acquisition by the City Council against the background of the civil quest for independence against the Episcopal sovereign from 1316 repeatedly advanced kind of count corner is home to the Wenceslas Hall from the 13th century and the Baroque Röhrenbrunnen of four (from 1727). To the West which connects built red building in the middle of the 17.Jhs. in the late Renaissance style, in the North of widely Carmelite convent. the South wing was completed in 1986 with the new Council Chamber with frescoes to people and events in the history of the city.
