  • Not very hot water except in the one where there is a small slide inside. Many young unattended and yet of supervisors and world lurk but not very responsive. But the worst is the outer slide, the water is freezing and incivility are many. Youth grow and go back inside the slide which is very dangerous in terms of speed. The stairs are slippery. I did visit the side pool so I can't say anything about the sauna. When the badge to enter _ out of the building, it was a catastrophe, no way out (contact problem) and it was nice to ask for aid to staff person therefor to the exits, they look at you and do not move. Unprepossessing, and friendly staff. I n did not like and do not go back.

  • We were there the first time... Certainly not the last time. Caution; We were only in the sauna world – not in the bathroom. This was super. Clean. Friendly staff. True value for money. You can say nix 12.-€ from 2000 to 2300 h

  • A real wellness oasis. Always very clean. The price is right. Staff very friendly. Always come back.

  • Great for families and kids. Can be very crowded on weekends.
  • Before the reconstruction it was a paradise for young and old. Today (2012+) it is just another boring water house for mostly big families with small noisy kids... Epic, epic fail!!!
  • 30 minutes waiting at the restaurant, over-priced ticket prices, many closets, stopped working with the electronic key, very filthy dressing rooms, zickiges staff in the restaurant and although we had booked full access, these did not work. For me: Dear in the Aqua Basilea!

  • Since the renovation unfortunately 'lifted': Overpriced rates and much less bad state than previously. Pools were small, a slide is gone, and the restaurant is 'okei'.

  • Following the work, the side pool became less well for adults without children. However the side sauna went well extended, large selection of mixed saunas, a women-only sauna, 2 hammam, an indoor pool and an outdoor. Compulsory Nudism. I only recommend the sauna if you are adults. And the children's pool.
