  • Wonderful wine vinegar, made with the greatest skill and care, aged for at least 18 months. Is special for its flavored, spiced drinkable vinegars, with an acid content of only 3% (ordinary white vinegar made here in the US is usually 6% acid), yet is as good a disinfectant as any ordinary vinegar. With a little cool water, they are good for the mind and body.
