  • I live in Lower Saxony and if I time out, then getting in the car so no longer. Some time ago, my sister has now moved to Uelzen and when we visited them, I discovered the "Hundred water station" sign and immediately was fire and flame and we have made a little trip there. I like it very well, but I have a soft spot for Hundertwasser eh. Only I found pretty bland designed the course, because you could have done more. Inside, there is of course also the railway stations typical small shops: flowers & gifts, magazines/books, bakery, small meals & Café. A station mission & police station there too. Daily at 11: 00 a public guided tour takes place, where individuals for €3.50 can participate. If you're nearby, you should make a detour here.

  • Should be ready actually to the Expo 2000 in Hannover, Germany. But only then opened in the fall of 2000. Many work on the building of the Langweilen gene was right were funded by donations. Unfortunately Hundertwasser then also no longer came to the official opening, because he died in the meantime. The station is a legacy from him. Actually the odd patch on the platforms in the amount should rise, this had to be sacrificed to the traffic duty. Even the fountains in the station came only later. Otherwise many colorful pillars, an odd floor, piecing tiles and much more. In its store there are many chic gifts, some of them but slightly overpriced.

  • What can I say? A dream station! Each corner of an experience and pleasure for the senses. No unit concrete, no degrees of edges, and even the toilets are an event.

  • After all that, what I great about this station had heard before, I was really disappointed. I'm sure there are things that do not exist so. But everything is vergammelt and Loveless, as so often in the car.

  • Beautiful and quiet train station and walk from there to almost all German cities

  • Very nice train station, however, the toilets cost what. The kiosk at the station is well equipped.
