  • This building will soon celebrate its 1000th birthday, which in itself makes it worth visiting. Inside is an archeological museum with some amazing artifacts.
  • The castle is walking quickly from the market square, but has me by the size and the appearance of not quite convinced, as I was hoping for it, but still nice. Also the view of the city is beautiful. Also this story is to feel, thus for history buffs a must.

  • Located in the upper part of the town, a good place to start sightseeing there, look at Tübingen from in front of the Castle, and then slowly descend. Much of the Castle took the University to which the entrance is closed, only one wing is situated small Museum closed on Monday. In the Centre of the Castle Square stands head Roman statues found during the excavations. In General, the castle is an architectural raznostilie and high artistic value.

  • The castle itself is nice, but not remarkable as castles go. What I like most is that it's open, accessible, and integrated into the city better than many other I've visited. It's easy to wander in and check it out without having to make a trip out of it.
  • Loved it, the view of the city below alone is enough for you to visit this place.
  • I am trying to visit and see a wooden carving artefact from New Zealand which was presented to Joseph Banks during Captain Cooks visit to New Zealand in 1769. The artefact was presented by our tribal queen Hinematioro to Mr Banks during this visit. Information provided is, the wooden artefact being housed in the Tubingen Museum of ethnology, Germany. Would this be the location of the artefact? Thanks and regards
