  • Being Triberge you will, in addition to the waterfall, it is necessary to see and the world's largest cuckoo clock. And you can tell that they are in the neighbouring Shonahe, that will be true, and not really. Because it is currently the largest clock is a Shonahbahe. There from Triberg to reach by bus from the railway station and the beautiful pedestrian path that starts right with the 1-th Perron. The trail is passable, even with the 3-year-old kid! Go not for very long. The same park hours is actually a museum shop. Here in addition to the hundreds of hours with the cuckoo and there are regular hours and a lot of other things, including locally produced alcoholic drinks (there's free wine tasting) and products (Black Forest smoked cooked ham, sausages). The entrance to the store free excursion "inside" hours (occupy 2 floors) must be paid for. At the opposite end from the hours building a watch (without the cuckoo's nest), but for 1 Euro coin you play the melody. Every hour a great watch "come alive" and cuckoo (her weight, by the way, as well as the balances reaches 100 kg!) reads their "Kuku". Be heard clearly, but, as nearby road and the Creek-and sometimes their noise can "override" the voice "cuckoo's nest. In General-interesting place to visit.

  • In the area there are different cuckoo clocks that are disputed the fact of being or not the large sea world, and this is one of them. It is actually a shop of cuckoo clocks, in the middle of the road, which has this giant version of these watches as a lure. It is no big deal, but if there is a time and is passed by the road that passes just in front can make a stop and cursiosear in the store, where there are all kinds of cuckoo clocks (that Yes, not cheap), and also go to the front where they have riding giant cuckoo clock. The visit is finished in a few minutes. It does not give for more.

  • That's one "Big Clock!" Since my wife and I were in the area we decide to go and see this large clock. It is truly one big Black Forest Cuckoo Clock. The pendulum swings and you can see some of the clocks mechanical workings from the window but you have to go inside on a tour to really see everything. They also have clocks for sale inside the store not as big of a selection as in the House of 1000 Clocks. Also outside at the back of the building is another clock and you can put some money in and you will see the wooden statues of the clock move and hear the cuckoo clock.
  • World biggest cuckoo clock and a nice store to buy clocks at reasonable price
  • Very simple purchase from Canada.
  • Over rated and over priced, honestly not worth the trip, big tourist trap
  • many tourists from all countries are coming to see this big cuckoo clock. the clockwork is impressive big. every half hour the cuckoo will come out, until then you can sit outside and watch the river or browse in the adjacent shop selling souvenirs and clocks of all kind from pocket size to gigantic.
