  • We were here on a Saturday what may have been a mistake, because that much smaller than bathroom appearing in advertising was totally crowded. On the one hand, this led to long waits on the slides and an extremely high noise. Also in the quieter children free Palm OASIS, there was unfortunately no place to relax. Noticed is the defective solarium as well as the tire lift not commissioned. The latter meant that the backlog of people on the stairs was magnified because almost everyone had one of the voluminous tire next to it. Still noticed the injury due to the slippery stairs, as well as an incident in the halfpipe, where our son slipped and fell on the back of the head, because he had to get up because he with his tire not over the obstacle came - we observed the problem several times - so something must not happen is a design fault here maybe? There are unfortunately no family rates, children pay full. The exterior is just a huge construction site. Positively one can mention the cleanliness as well as free parking. We have eaten nothing due to the previous reviews better. Conclusion: was a nice change of pace, but again, the advertising has to do with the reality. A repetition will not be probably.

  • The concept institution allows to relax here not only to families with children, but young couples or adults not wishing to flounder about in the same pool with kids. The fact of the matter is that in different areas of this large complex entrance is restricted by age. Especially in the sauna area, as you understand, according to German tradition, the pair shared and nobody is shy. Oh by the way before you start the procedure, read while in rule I advise paired. Many tourists, especially Russians, not respect them and fall into the not deft situation. And do not eat honey, which you give to one of the procedures he to rub it into the skin)))) But entertainment as I said and there are many slides for children, from the smallest to fastest. Swimming pool with artificial waves. There is on site and cafes, where you can grab a snack, and bars where you can enjoy a beer or cocktail. We need to come here for the whole day, because you won't notice how quickly promel'knjot the time you spend here.

  • We were on a Friday night and were very surprised that it had almost no people. So we had free choice in the case. The water is warm and the nozzles that are not too heavy. The special pool with calcium + sole, etc. were the highlight for us. At 28 euros for a day ticket including sauna, you can not complain.

  • It' a nice place to relax with your family and friends. A lot of leisure activities and possibilities to chill out. The bar at the pool is a great thing! I just wished there was a little more place to simply swim a few lenghts, but they're supposed to add some huge area in a few months.
  • Great experience! Perfect after a ski day! You have plenty of options. From a Cocktail inside of the pool, , amusing water park, turkish bath, etc. Really well conserved
  • Great indoor Spa/water rides. Prices aren't too expensive but it's better to choose a day pass. A person needs around 45 minutes to change into and out of the prescribed clothing. That's half of 1.5 hr ticket. So, do yourself a favour and purchase a day out for this experience. For just 6 euros more than the 1.5 hr ticket, you will get our money's worth.
  • Best during weekdays. Per day fee entrance for 1.5 hours with the Hoch Schwartzwald card, only 1 Euro extra per 0.5 hour after that. Weekends are always busy and you have to pay a 3 Euro extra weekend fee. It's clean, nice staff, different activities, nice real palm trees.
  • Great place to relax and do some wellness. There's a bar in the pool! Mind however that you are obliged to be naked in the sauna areal. A bit pricey if you go only for the Palmenoase, so use the wellness area on top
