Ozeaneum, a museum-aquarium, will take you on an underwater journey of the Baltic and North seas. Begin your visit with the different marine habitats, from shallow bays to the open ocean. Meet giant codfish, a Russian sturgeon, large shoals of mackerel, different types of rays, two nurse sharks, and bream, and visit the Humboldt penguins on the roof terrace. Five permanent sea exhibits include Giants of the Seas and the Baltic. To avoid long entrance lines, buy your tickets from the tourist office in the town center. • Always a highlight of the visit to Stralsund. Liked it very well especially our children, because there are plenty of fish and even penguins. Enjoyed the visit.

  • Tuesday afternoon - at checkout nix los, no waiting. In the rooms themselves partly a couple more people especially many children. Museum super aufbereitet.sehr informative. North Sea and Baltic Sea fish now mostly not so spectacular as exotic warmwasserfische...trotzdem are some smart, colorful highlights. Some pools were still relatively small me lay. In particular in the freshwater section with catfish, trout, salmon... Prepared whole floor by Greenpeace, on the topic of plastic waste and overfishing - definitely currently held exhibition/presentation

  • Unfortunately, it was very crowded by the holiday season, queue at the checkout for about 20 min. All parking spaces occupied. Ticket prices are succulent (17 euro). Good exchange of exhibitions and vivid aquariums for North - and Ostsee.Wir have chosen the park & ride service (5 euro for parking and bus for 2 adults), this was very easy and convenient. Within walking distance you can thence also to the old town. Good pastime in bad weather.

  • Good location close to city centre, cheap
  • €2 from the second hour are really steep. If you want to the Ozeaneum, expect here with 7-€11 parking fee. Otherwise, everything is clean and fairly new.

  • Doesn't get any better. Price more than ok. Parking here always if we descend into the Hiddenseer. Hotel discount.
