Enjoy the sights from a famous beach cliff at Kreidefelsen. You can tour the visitor center of the national park, or see the famous chalk cliff from the beach, a boat tour, or a vista point off to the side. Go to the visitor center to reach the viewing area on top of the Königsstuhl (the best known chalk cliff) or to learn about the painting of the cliff by the German Romantic painter Caspar David Friedrich. His artwork made the area famous. The center also offers a video presentation on the cliffs and an interactive exhibition about the national park and natural history of the area.   • Exhibition and beach down to the banks of Kiel a great experience. Too bad only that the immediate descent on the Königsstuhl is still locked.

  • Well what can I say... Am disappointed... If man traveling with children is the playground is the only thing that is good... I say it's a rip off said on German... €17 plus 10 for bus... and from the chalk cliffs, you could see only the following...

  • Walking in this area, to find chicken gods on the beach or to look at the places of the romantics, everything is beautiful. So much nature in a place and so much motivation for the camera, because you have to go.
