Dom Sankt Blasien, Sankt Blasien

(4.9/5 based on 180 reviews on the web)
Dom Sankt Blasien is a Benedictine monastery popular for its stunning architecture and peaceful gardens. While the exterior is impressive, you may be shocked at the interior decor. Much of the inside is white, including the seating, flooring, and stone walls, and sunlight streams in to light up the halls. Before you leave, take time to find the old statues in the garden. • Were at one time before this imposing structure. It has surprised really that a cathedral in Sankt Blasien is also among one of the largest in Germany.

  • Who unsuspecting faces the Cathedral in St. Blasien is overwhelmed by the dimensions. A little dreamy spa town in the Black Forest and a beautiful church with dimensions as you would actually expect it in Rome. But you can see the most beautiful only inside, everything is decorated in white and very bright. You have to see it. There's a small exhibition to the renovations of the last stages and explanations about the different development steps. Worth seeing are also the copy of the pillars in stucco marble. Also the coffee around the Cathedral, very yummy cake and coffee are recommended.

  • Since we were already in St. Blasien, we've been Europe's largest Cathedral in this 3. He is very nice. But it has not ran from the base.
