Rauschberg, Ruhpolding
(4.3/5 based on 180+ reviews on the web)
Rauschberg transports you up the northern side of Rauschberg in a glass-sided car with great views. After the dramatically steep ascent, the views of the valley and other peaks will take your breath away. Enjoy a meal at the restaurant, let the kids play in the playroom, or go for a hike. An art walk features many sculptures, and an Alpine nature trail is dotted with information about the formation of the Alps and the plants and creatures you can find. If you are up for a much longer hike, you can hike all the way back down. Remember to bring a jacket, as it can be windy and quite a bit colder at the top. Arrange to visit Rauschberg and other attractions in Ruhpolding using our Ruhpolding vacation trip planner.

  • Once a great mountain climb assistance - rush mountain railway. Free of charge for a few years with the electoral map, run-down since then to the absolute mass mountain. The railway does not begin creating the rush, so long waiting times are sadly normal. The noise mountain in very many ways was used in combination with the railway to hike uphill and downhill. Today only only have no railway. Above, it is very nice, but as I said crowds.
