  • First I would like to note that the address for this church is wrong as it is on Schmiedgass right near the Criminal Museum. It is a pretty red church and was nice and warm on a cold December morning....  more »
  • St. Johannis, is located in the old town of Rothenburg, specifically, at Burggasse. It is the only Catholic Church in the city, and stands out for its simplicity, both outside and inside. Its exterior is of pink stone. The Church of San Juan is a church of the Apostolic Roman Catholic religion. In the year 1400, this church was completely renovated in late Gothic style and so is its current appearance. The West choir was built between the years 1600 and 1628 and the penthouse was expanded. The organ Steinmeyer is originally from the year 1885 and was restored in 2004. It is one of the churches that you must visit in Rotheburg.

  • This church is right next to the Town Hall square. Nice and simple, without extravagance, it's worth the visit!
