  • One of the most photographed sections of Rothenberg. Grab a camera, wait for a break in the tourist throngs, and snap away.
  • Kobolzeller Tor, is a beautiful and well-preserved Arch of entrance, Rothenburg ob der Tauber. It is believed that in ancient times were four-door that had to go through, to finally reach the city. What is known is that in front of the door was already located an important Barbican. You can walk through "Alten Steige", the steep path coming from the Tauber Valley, to reach the Devil's pulpit, a fortification, and then you can enjoy a beautiful view crowned with battlements. Not to missed.

  • The Kobolzeller gate is the only gate to the Valley and has played a less significant role. However, it is doubly secured and can of different pages are verdeitigt. Because there is little car traffic is a good place to study the fortress or to inquire about the surrounding plants during a walk.
