  • Guided sightseeing tour. Visited in the winter, so a little cold but it was the fall trees in the Park are colored beautiful I think. View from the Park walls, looks nice town. I felt a little walk from the old town center, summer and fall, but good.

  • I imagine this place looks much better in summer, probably beginning of June when the roses are in blossom. It is situated on top of the hill, so you have a breathtaking view over the nature outside o...  more »
  • Entering the Castle gardens is such a change from the busy, tourist filled streets of the town. The gardens were much larger than I expected (or remembered) and are very well maintained even in the wi...  more »

  • My wife and I love visiting Rothenburg ob der Tauber often. The Burggarten is a part of the location that simply can not be missed. I've been able to take some amazing pictures in the location. The tower near the garden has some awesome history to it, but I won't tell you here as it's best you hear it from the Nightwatchman's tour that happens often in Rothenburg. The last time we visited the garden, there was a market happening there with many local vendors who had some pretty nice products for sale. And, if you walk to the edge of the garden, you get an amazing view of the countryside spread below you. It is breathtaking. Check it out for yourself.
  • Calm garden. You can take a rest walking slowly.
  • This place offers a wonderful view of the valley.
  • Looking over country-side view from small garden. It was quite nice.
  • A small but beautiful park. Great place to rest after a walk through the city.
