Karls Erlebnis-Dorf, Roevershagen

4.1
Karls Erlebnis-Dorf features a theme park combined with a farmers market. Children will enjoy exploring the indoor playground, riding the carousel, and meeting the farm animals. The gardens allow strawberry-picking in the summer and display ice sculptures in the winter. Pick up some interesting souvenirs from the market, or grab a freshly roasted coffee. If you're feeling hungry, treat yourself to some typical German fare at the restaurant. • Karl's was greatly expanded in Rövershagen in the past, that we us barely found their way after a long break of visit to. The crowds do not better. There is much especially children. The ice rink was a big hit. The Tobeland (indoor playground) was also full. For adults, there are also plenty of opportunities to spend money. I found the food good and relatively cheap. You should schedule day just with children for a visit.

  • Even as an adult, we get the plump, colorful life. I love the SOAP and candy - chocolate factory. Unfortunately, we could not stay for the potters. We have breakfast it like Karl in Rövershagen. However, I find that the Court is too commercial lately and something has diminished the quality of the breakfast range. Also, some products in the range have disappeared. The guests arrive buses-wise. (There's already coffee trips to Karl's?) It is accordingly fully during the season.

  • Great place to spend a day or two with your kids, having lots of fun. Everything is there so you can enjoy the days: lots of activities and attractions, nice places to eat (from a small snack to a full meal) or grab a hot or cold drink. And of course strawberry everywhere, and many other handmade goods which you can all buy if your budget can bear it.
  • Not just for strawberry lovers! They have attractions and things to do for young and old. The kids can play on the several playgrounds, see horses, goats, pigs... or go on a tractor ride. The daily ticket is rather cheap with 12€. But you don't have to spend it. The whole area is huge. You can enjoy a day there by wandering around, shopping and doing the countless free attractions. It's one of the best places to send your time at.
  • Love it and always return when in Rostock. So much to see and do and eat and drink and experience. Visit the Eiswelt if you can and bring a big bag for shopping yummy goodies and wonderful homeware.
  • Entertaining for kids but terrible noise levels when full. The outside area is very big and good fun. The temptation to spend money is pretty much everywhere.
  • It is always a great place to go with your kids. But I would avoid Fridays and weekends as it is so full you can't even move around
