  • Be sure to visit if you are near! Buildings and structures in varying degrees of destruction, but from the realization that it was created almost a thousand years ago is breathtaking! Great place!

  • A beautiful, wild, ruin of a monastery associated with Hildegard of Bingen. It is where she grew up. Very worth the walk up to the ruins, and the view of the valleys beneath is breathtaking. Of my journeys in Germany this stands out as a perfect memory.
  • Very beautiful old ruins. In the early spring blooming lilac littered of wild snowdrops and summer... A place of rest and contemplation

  • Impressive with a very own mood. A hidden, but worthwhile piece of history to Hildegard von Bingen.
