  • Located directly in the Centre and the tourist information is located there. Compared to the Hofbräuhaus like in Munich, only smaller.

  • Crossing the bridge into the old town you can see the old town hall of Regensburg which now houses the Museum of the Reichstag. With an eight-storey tower and a beautiful portal. Not to be missed if you're passing in Regensburg.

  • Here gathered the Imperial meetings, were decisive as far as the actual problems of the Empire. The Emperor did not have the decisive word, so was doomed to negotiate with the people's representatives. The representatives of the people represented 2% of the inhabitants of the Empire, with the right to vote, along with the highest secular and spiritual power. Some tried to solve problems during the centuries. Imagine the morning newspapers with such headlines: "Bill from 1743 onwards, again no candidate has obtained a majority"? However, representatives of the highest authorities were and their chat rooms: a room for double doors, where they met for green table face to face, without even the Secretaries. Where the German proverb: "it is agreed for the green table", i.e. in the higher spheres, and without the participation of the people. Curious and torture chamber with authentic instruments of "justice". At my request, a guide gave examples of protocols of interrogation, they completely coincide with the practice of the NKVD. I.e. Red middle ages mid-20 century and instrumentally, and spirit matches the historical middle ages in regard to man as receptacle of sin. People could either die or admit guilt. Only in the cellars of Regensburg excuse torture served crucifixion rather than the portrait of Stalin. That is, in basements, in contrast to the halls upstairs Hall, democracy is clearly was sovereign. That is, no.
