  • While walking in the Park one should remember the small museum at the pond (the small building with the large chimney). The exhibition is not expensive and the history of the castle is very descriptive and informative displayed on information boards. However you must take necessarily time, all in the order to read the texts (CA. 30 min)

  • A great place for walks, huge oaks and impressed by the artificial lake that you can perceive as river

  • We have migrated (starting point was the circus) of Putbus on the Castle Park and new village after Lauterbach. The Castle Park but not really is pretty nice, something special. There is no lock but only a more or less garden Castle to visit. When we were there just the garlic stand on large surfaces in bloom and it smelled quite uncomfortable. Flower beds or other colorful was rarely see (some rhododendrons bühten yet). the statues in the park were incorrectly placed on me. If you can take the park but as a part of the entire route to Lauterbach, it is already worthwhile to cross him. It is the most direct route to new village, a small but very beautiful village with a beautiful natural Beach (m. E. one of the most beautiful villages of the island). From there, it is just a few hundred metres until you reach the harbour of Lauterbach. You can back then either by bus or long walking the Avenue Putbus.
