Filmpark Babelsberg, Potsdam
(2.5/5 based on 260+ reviews on the web)
An interactive feature of Europe's oldest and largest film studio, Filmpark Babelsberg is a full-immersion film experience. From the very beginning, the movie studio that inspired the park was known for pushing the boundaries of what's possible in film, from Fritz Lang's "Metropolis" to "Cloud Atlas." In 2010, the attraction continued the studio's tradition of exciting entertainment by offering a theme park. The Dome is the most visible site in the park. Inside, it is a virtual activity that equips you with eye gear to transport you to the set of major motion pictures. Take the behind-the-scenes tours through some of the studio's previous productions, or attend a stunt show with flying motorcycles and swashbuckling musketeers. Work out when and for how long to visit Filmpark Babelsberg and other Potsdam attractions using our handy Potsdam vacation route planner.

  • Location is great and offers plenty of space. Thanks to adjacent parking can easily use the car and must seek not long after a parking.

  • The studios with your various options (makeup, stunt show, Sandman Museum, 3 or 4 d cinema, etc.) offer a very beautiful and varied family day, but admission is expensive (you should take is really all day for that) and the meals are also not inexpensive.

  • Offered attractions can with the large movie Park compete in the United States. German theme parks also offer more. The Aktionsshow in the crater but again makes up for this. Also the lectures in the Film Studio are OK. You promised himself to something more.

  • Very exciting place, a lot of attractions, good design. The only thing missing is English translation on the shows.
  • We had a great time. The park is easy to get to be public transport and very well looked after. The staff was super very friendly. The rides were interesting and fun for adults and kids alike. I will visit again. The only downside: the food. I am not expecting much, but all restaurants are serving pretty much the same stuff. Unfortunately our food was cold and tasted like it had been re-fried again and again. 4D Cinema and the Stunt show are awesome!
  • Wonderful place Very entertaining For all ages A great experience
  • Interesting and amusing look behind the scenes of some movie magic
  • For me was a great experience and also the stuntmen show is nice! It's a good way to spend a different Sunday
