  • Of course, I agree that modest Palace both outside and inside, and Sanssouci palaces Neues Palais and clearly loses. So, as small tricks, I recommend to start inspection of the Palace and park ensemble with Sharlottenhofa to impressions went, so to speak, "on the rise". To do this, you can reach here on foot from the railway station "Potsdam Charlottenhof. Palace inspection is possible only in the composition of the tours, it is open during the summer months, every day except Monday, from 10 till 6:00 pm. The entrance ticket costs 6 euros, but it makes sense to take a combined ticket in all palaces of Potsdam for 19.

  • Sometime in the late 18th century, a small Manor here belonged to the wife of one of the courtiers of the Prussian Royal Court. His name was Lady Mary-Charlotte. Necessarily be surprised how little it is necessary sometimes to thy name went down in history. It is in honor of this more no notable women and named this Palace built much after her death. Much has been written about the Romanesque "exterior" and maloprimechatel'nom the Interior of the Palace. I agree that the main attractions of the ensemble he doesn't apply, but, walking in the Park, is worth a peek and here, in this peaceful corner.

  • A small Palace, but rather-Italian-style villa, located in the southern part of Sanssouci Park. But it is not remarkable in itself, but primarily the surrounding park with flower gardens and fountains. This tranquil corner of nature, where you can just walk around, breathe fresh air and enjoy the scenery. By the way, to get here, don't necessarily go on foot through the entire Park: very close to the tram stop Šarlottenhofom called-Schloss Charlottenhof, routes 91, 94 and 98 takes you from the center of the 5-10 minutes. From the bus stop should go slightly forward, and then enter the Park Gate, which leads to the Palace of luxury Linden alley.
