  • Beautiful bow that was properly reset, situated in the city center can be reached by walking for 15 minutes in the main street of the city, on the other side a beautiful fountain in a large square. You can see the Romanesque influence by columns in style.

  • Of course, nothing to do with the Berlin, although somehow it symbolizes the same. Located at the end (or beginning, according to face) from the main avenue of Potsdam, and opposite to the Christian Church of the city.

  • Already a landmark, almost prettier than the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin. The different city and country pages are significant. It's been terrific two architects. A winning goal had to have Frederick the great as a Roman triumphal arch. Looks very successful.

  • Instead of a city wall, the entire length of the wall is now a beautiful promenade that is a joy to cycle through. I really love both Berlin’s and Potsdam’s ample cycling paths. It really beats walking. The promonade connects the Nauener Tor to Potsdam very own Brandenburg Gate. This of course, is not the same Brandenburg Gate as the one in Berlin, although Potsdam is the capital of the state of Brandenburg. This particular gate is actually constructed to replace the old one to commemorate the victory of Prussia in the Seven Years' War. Built by Frederick the Great, it was named as such, because this is the gate you'll have to pass through to get into the capital of Brandenburg.
  • Top location..take the bike and explore...there is a very good restaurant right in front of the Brandenburger Tor....
  • Concerts and public events are hold here. Nice place, surrounded by parks.
  • You must take a picture here. The place is gorgeous.
  • Nice monument but nothing special. It can be see in the troppo around potsdam. I will not go to potsdam only for this ancient door the one in berlin is much more impressive
