A really beautiful monument of German history. The monument is very impressive and looks very impressive grade if it stands below. It is very easy to reach on foot from the new car park and offers a magnificent view from the top. Currently is still installed, there should be a large restaurant, is planned completion later this year. Inform yourself best before, not that it is locked again for a short time and then the disappointment is great. In any case, it's worth a trip and grade also to make photos, or just an impressive monument of German history to look at!

Really impressive monument of German history! Nice, a short hike from the parking lot! The view of the land is worth! Note: at the time being restored! Unfortunately I can not angeben-the duration you or the construction site photographs please informed before you are disappointed that this beautiful photo motif is scaffolded impaired!

If the extension (the former Ringterasse) is finished it will be a great vantage point. Am absolutely impressed. Gastronomy and information centre. Top location. Can't wait for the official opening. Approx. June 2018

Great views of the Weser river and the North German plains. Free but limited parking below the monument. Snack kiosk at the parking lot. Public restrooms, charge 50 cents per visit. Currently a restaurant is being constructed under the monument, so some areas are closed, but the monument itself is accessible.

Nice place with nice view. The day we visited was covered with clouds and fogs. No public transportation though. Hiking up is good but hiking down is a bit risky as it's very slippery.

Nice place . Visited it in 1991 during our visit to H&B Germany with a walk from church at bottom to the monument on the top of the hill. A beautiful view of porta west falica from the top.
