Theme Park Water / Amusement Park
The most abundant wildlife park in Germany, founded in 1959, Wildpark Poing covers 57 hectares (140 acres) and replicates the natural environments of native wildlife species. Take the 4 km (2.5 mi) trail through forest and meadow areas, where you can get up and close--and often even pet--deer, sheep, goats, horses, wild boars, wolves, lynx, and many other animals. Be sure to catch the daily Birds of Prey flight demonstration, featuring eagles, hawks, and owls. The playground and picnic area is next to the deer park. • A great Park. Very well maintained. High biodiversity, the wildlife roam freely and can be fed. Other animals such as birds, bison, wolves, Lynx in cages (way) a great tip for families, but also each other.

  • Spent a lovely afternoon there. Beautiful and generously applied. Unfortunately, some guests make it to throw not their plastic garbage in the trash can. Park employees are however always trying quickly to eliminate the waste. The animals are all very relaxed and satisfied. Many can relax in the Sun. Lots of seating areas and also free-range animals that like to feed himself let. Very nice, I think the information boards on the individual enclosures. Always worth a visit.

  • Fantastic site, especially with children on hot days. The playground is one of the most best and largest in the Munich area. For adults as well as for children an educational experience with exciting information about flora and fauna. Our kids love the Wildpark - above all, the hand feeding. Unfortunately, there are no annual subscription for families.

  • Great place to feed wild animals. Feed can be purchased right at the ticket counter, but there are vending machines, too. There is a great extensive playground with incredible slides. Highly recommended for kids. There is food at the playground, but the choices are very limited - good cakes, though. Bring some disinfecting tissues for the slobber. One criticism: the raccoon is clearly not happy in his enclosure - the park should find him a better place.
  • Great place to visit, especially with children. The playground area is huge and already for that reason it's quite sensible to buy an annual card for 50€.
  • Great local zoo, with lots of petting animals and a large playground for kids. Bring your own food, since on sunny days the place is packed and you'll be standing in long lines to get some food or drinks. Perfect day out for the whole family.
  • The cutest, quaintest little wildpark/zoo. We got to touch many animals, ate with some peacocks and fed some donkeys. They also had a really fun tree house slide! Good for families and small children.
  • It's wonderful place! We spent 5 hrs and will cam back in future.
