  • A nice walk to the ruins with a fantastic view on the surrounding area. The ruin lives also by the former desire of Louis here in 2. Neuschwanstein to build. This would have been still more spectacular!

  • The ruins of Falkenstein Castle is a beautiful tourist destination with a great view. You can walk here good with small children. To note is that you uploaded only at certain times or may shut down and this if necessary. have to wait, but what should be a problem.

  • My husband and I have moved from the White Sea to the ruined castle. The hike came from dee Allgäu app and started at Roß Moss, where you can park in front of the Schützenhaus. The tour requires a mediocre condition and good Footwear. The ascent is rewarded with spectacular views. The ruins themselves are not particularly worth seeing, it looks like other ruins also. However, a sturdy wooden frame is built inside the ruins of the castle that gives one a magnificent panoramic view over the high walls away. We were with our two medium-sized dogs here. The steps of the wooden framework are open and therefore not suited to dogs, fearing open stairs.

  • I love castle ruins and this small one is pretty cool & worth the hike to it.
  • I was menu and Spa with two small children a night there with 5-course, what can I say, all very excited. You feel as if you are with good friends to guest. All very friendly and obliging.

  • Absolutely great spot with atmosphere and very beautiful views. We are walking up from the parking lot of the Breitenberg railway. The climb through the forest is adventurous and to recommend since it is mostly shaded by the trees even on warm days! For our 3, 5j. It was very exhausting old son. I would rather this way children from 5-6J. Recommend our great (7j.) A heathen had fun and we saw even a worm on the descent he was completely excited! The local above us now not so much liked with small children it's just often hard for a break to create a cosy atmosphere. We not felt there as it should be as welcome.

  • Delicious Kaiserschmarren, in an iron cast iron pan served... Priced OK... Unfortunately the young operation not liked by their arrogant way... Also, the terrace planking should be renewed urgently before anyone here in depth...
