  • I have enjoyed the visit and was absolutely impressed by the leadership. Gigantic sizes, incredibly great numbers, great made use of media such as cinema etc. An absolute "sightseeing highlight"! Unfortunately, I have photographed a few models because I have marvelled much enthusiasm.

  • We wanted to see as a "Connoisseur" of cruises now, where these pots see the light of day's already impressive to see this enormous shipyard Hall. Especially, also our 'tour guide' (former policeman) is to mention! We have met rarely such a guide who does his job with so much passion. Thank you for the adventure-filled tour of shipyard

  • With a great expectation to see something exciting, we booked the visit to the Meyer-Werft. And I must say that I was rather disappointed. The Government itself was very well done, including the Guide. The visitor centre of the shipyard boasts State of the art technology and an outdoor appearance planned up to into the Deatil. About the origin of the shipyard to individual ships and cruise lines much in videos and local models and showrooms will be shown. It of very, very interesting and one of them. That the actual production in the great Hall or the various halls plays a role so I find pity and the importance of these activities also fails. I would like to much more information about actual production (maybe due to my professional background). Had met like much longer than the maximum 10 minutes through the glass window (where absolutely no flair comes over) production. As well I would have found it very interesting to see, as for example the steel plates cut etc. I think there is to see lots of interesting things. Don't get shown a fraction at the leadership of it – what a shame!

  • We liked the organization of the tour. You are picked up in the city by the Rathaus/parking lot by a bus and taken to the shipyard. Along the way you are given a bit of the city's history. When you get there you are taken to see a few short films about the history of the company. Then the guide takes you to each station. We had a lady named Ruth and she was very knowledgeable and kind. At the end you of course land in the gift shop before you are taken back to the parking lot. We can't wait to get on a cruise ship! Ahoy!
  • Huge workshops, huge vessels. An amazing looking place from technical point of view.
  • Great shipyard.
