  • The history of this venerable House, in particular that of the war years is still of very great importance.

  • Very beautiful dom. Impressive. Outside looks so strong, the design is so powerful. Inside beautiful, but outside is the most beautiful.

  • There's to many of the historic cities of Germany, known as the Dome Church. Also in the center of the faith of the citizens is also representing the town church. This dome is one thing not to be missed.

  • Gorgeous!!! Just stunning from the inside and outside!
  • Best DOM, there are so many candles and I think better than the of Bremen Cathedral of Osnabrück

  • From 1100 on the site of a Carolingian Church of the Roman Catholic Diocese of late Romanesque Basilica with three towers and the Cathedral Church of the Diocese of Osnabrück built. Present appearance from the period between 1218 and 1277th interesting especially the running along the north side of the Cathedral "witches gang" / rattle Hagen, where earlier during church services disease sick prayed and warned before the rapprochement with wooden rattles. Nearby, the triangular market place of Osnabrück characterized by half-timbered houses and stone buildings of the Rococo and classicism is worth seeing old town with its Gothic town hall of peace of Westphalia from 1512, the Gothic church of St. Marien and the municipal scales.
