  • Princess Louise Henriette of Orange was married to the German Elector Frederick William I of Hohenzollern. Via the Hague, Kleve and Potsdam came the Princess eventually in Oranienburg (North of Berlin). After the death of their first child was desolate and the Princess left the elector build a slot for her that her to Netherlands. They had many children. The lock is fully renovated and contains many schilderijnen of Dutch masters. The most beautiful I found the porselien collection.

  • Early spring, there is nothing to do. The location is good for walking, but all depends on the weather. The Palace itself without your wonderful hospitality!, inside is not entered. Parking was free.

  • There's a museum you can experience on your own. The castle itself is only with leadership, but very rewarding.
