  • In our tour by the beautiful jungle black, decided to visit Offenburg and the truth is that great, because we seemed a site beautiful. Offenburg, is located near the Rhin, Karlsruhe and Freiburg, and to the same time limits with the beautiful city French of Strasbourg. Even if you don't have any spectacular monument, it is a pleasure to stroll through its pedestrian streets cobbled Centre, where stands the Town Hall, a beautiful building, which does not pass unnoticed to anyone. A must visit, in a walk in the black forest.

  • The Museum and the city itself are sweet and very nice. But not necessarily the nicest thing has to offer Offenburg. Because that is a little outside the city, on the so-called Platanenalle. Here, we made a picnic between all the Green and Lake by the sun shining. And it was like the environment itself: great! Beautiful place to let your mind wander. Formally, I've enjoyed it for my part! Recommendation! Platanenalle!

  • We like the modern design of the rooms, especially the exhibition about the geology of the Ortenau.

  • The exceptional historical building is a great experience. At the entrance to the bags must be enclosed understandably to we by the nice lady at the infopoint be pointed out and get a free key for a safe deposit box. This is not a problem we know from almost all larger houses. What is striking is the generous layout of the floors and the stairwell flooded with sunlight. You feel surprised a special exhibition with the theme has given us Angels welcome! Great performance and even witty aspects considering so hardly. A part of the history of the city will be presented at the same level and while detail but very interesting and fascinating objects also the large railway model in the middle which were a true magnet for the three children. The exotic stuffed animals with Lions and tigers were very fascinating. The exhibition has packed all of us at the top. There is everything with the subject of natural history in context but with cheeky questions and answers, especially the children could get enough on interactive learning areas. After two hours, there was our trip to end. A tip on Friday the entrance fee nothing but itself, the prices are I think very friendly in the range of 2-3 euro and children are free of charge. A good way to half a day with children makes sense to make.
