  • We come here weekly owners as annual passes. Every season is worth a visit. Of course, the Zoo is rather crowded on weekends in the summer. There it is worth of course if possible on mornings during the week to soften out. Especially the tropical House is of course recommended. The gastronomy at the zoo itself is good quality and cheap.

  • very nice Zoo, spacious with great species and low diversity. Great delicacy. Waldschänke invites you to stop, food is good!

  • I believe that the Zoo is one of one of the most beautiful in Germany. He is spread out, the enclosure are the kinds according to and there is a sense, truly fine animals. The restaurant serves delicious food at reasonable prices, with attention to organic meat and fish in controlled fishing. We were lucky, that polar bears were very active and have played with a ball in the water "for us". The only small downside: there are no elephants.
