  • Each time, the beauty of the monument admired me. The author in my opinion, could well reflect the atmosphere to scrawny.

  • This square and the monument in the Center are dedicated to Albrecht Duerer. It is located in the old town of Sebald, a few metres from the castle of Nuremberg. Do not consider it a must-see, but descending from the castle possibly crosses this square. It is one of the first monuments in Germany erected a German artist.

  • Walking down from the Duerer Museum to downtown we walked by the 'Duerer Denkmal' We almost missed it, as we were not looking for it anyhow. We would not have missed much, I must say!!  more »

  • Really good restaurant with delicious local food! Located in city center is a really good place to have dinner with friends or bussiness meeting! Sausages are awesome and you can eat here the Best Albrecht-Dürer-Stube of the city! Good prices (but prepared because maybe you will have to share table with anyone...)
  • We had a casual business dinner with a large group here, for which the location was more than fitting. The quality was good with serious order envy towards those sitting next to me. The service was attentive, in all putting this on my list of places to re-visit on special occasions.
  • A really nice traditional restaurant with a great selection of local food. The atmosphere is cosy and the staff are really friendly. Definitely try the pork shoulder with potato dumplings, which is the specialty here!
  • OK - would have given it five star if my man was writing this as he had the signature dish (the pork shoulder with potato dumpling). The potato dumpling was the most impressive I've ever seen on travels around Europe and i tried it too and it was well different (in a good way). The pork shoulder was massive and I could tell it was really well cooked and the crackle, super crunchy - my man was super impressed. My veggie options were limited so I chose the spaetzel which is basically German gnocchi or mac'n'cheese. It was served with a very colourful and flavoursome salad which is much needed as otherwise very rich. Beers were cold and portions huge so we couldn't fit in dessert which from all the menus we saw, was by far the best of the bunch.
  • incredible place in the center of the city. great food, great atmosphere, nice waitress and low prices. the weissebier is fantastic! a place to be
