  • This area is used for the major parties, primarily the Oktoberfest. I love this place: brings together a lot of people and it's beautiful the Tollwood winter, has very specific objects and sculptures! I recommend it to anyone traveling to Munich!

  • From September 19th to October 4th is again O'zapft time. The Oktoberfest in Munich is the largest public festival in the world. It takes place on the Theresienwiese in Munich since 1810.
  • Did it the first time on the winter Tollwood. After long consideration whether we come by train or car, we opted for the car. That's it. There is a large car park. For 5 Euro fee you get here Saturday afternoon a place. The Tollwood in itself was good. The warm sales and Schlemnerzelte, you can withstand it relatively long. From 15: 00 it will be but extremely full at the weekend. My tip right start at eleven o'clock and go, if the mass is by State was pushing. There are practices such as at the Tollwood great stalls, delicious delicacies and delicious Heißgetränkte.

  • Very fun place to visit! There is a lot to do and experience. The beer tents are fun and there are several places to get great food inside.
  • Site of the world famous Oktoberfest. Definitely worth adding to your bucket list. An event that will bring a smile to anyones face, and extra girth to your waist, what with the beer and wurst
  • Best place ever. The days of Oktoberfest is enough. Unfortunately it was raining a lot so didn't get to enjoy most of the grounds however the beer halls were great fun.
  • You have to have been there at least once! I love the atmosphere! So much fun and many ways to stay entertained and eat well 👍🏻
  • So many people,so much beer. Do not bring back packs as they are not allowed. Nothing bigger than 4L is allowed. Good luck getting into a tent and finding a table. Great atmosphere
