  • There is no response from the management or anyone when you need to contact them if you have a problem. IDS Verwaltung or any other personel do not answer on emails. However the place where I lived was nice, but waaaay too expensive for what they offer. A place to stay when you are new to Munich.
  • It's nice
  • The equipment of the apartments is great for short stays. Price / performance ratio is in order. The apartments are comfortable equipped with every luxury. Tracks system, LED lighting, Fusbodenheizung, rain shower, etc. However, there are some negative aspects that you have to be aware of before moving: roller blinds raise immediately any rain and wind, Internet drops out regularly. What has resulted in this here unfortunately nothing more is (Internet and TV). Door intercom system does not work. It can March absolutely everyone in the building in at any hour, without any control. Certainly, there is a Concierge, who however does not know when such a large number of tenants who lives here now currently. I moved out for about 4 months now and still waiting for my guarantee certificate of deposit. This will be withheld unfortunately without any reaction for months, and mind you without reason. In my opinion thats no nicer handling to bid farewell to a tenant. The so-called air recirculation system is unfortunately also not what it promises. on the whole, the time was there alright. Anyone here looking for tranquility and luxurious facilities right here. But they are still far from the concept of "Service" and "Business Class" feeling.

  • Very good apartments, very friendly service. If you look at the prices of the environment (all in) also not over-priced. Am happy for a month here and fully. XL apartment)

  • New building, cute design of apartments, prices a bit high in my opinion. Kind attention in reception.
