  • The detail and construction is a delight to see. The history and surrounding buildings give a great sense of Germany.

  • Imposing and amazing, the Neues Rathaus or the New Town Hall stands in the middle of Marienplatz. From the ground, the carillon in the bell tower of the building, is an absolute treat to watch. The top of the building's tower, on the other hand offers magnificent panoramas.
  • Go to the tower so u can see magnificent view from above. Only €2.5 for entry ticket.
  • Beautiful New city hall built to look very old in the new Gothic style. Probably the biggest tourist attraction in the city. The glockenspiel goes off at 11,12 and 5.
  • Very impressive, top attraction in Munich. Most photographed because of the nice architectural design, the clock and the heavy ornamentation it has._
  • Beautiful facade and nice views of the city. Definitely worth a stop for photos. The glockenspiel plays every hour on the hour but it was under construction when I visited. :(
