We were with our four grandchildren (11, 6, 6 and 4 years old) in the Museum and all very well liked. The various departments are very instructive and interesting. Something strange is that some explanations for the children through the headphones in Bavarian dialect are. As if everyone would understand Bavarian. You can go to the Museum down in the small restaurant or in the near but Palm House in the Park of the Nymphenburger.

Is a museum that deserves 5 stars for the attention to detail and for the topic that is (man and nature), but is exclusively in German so if you don't have a good grasp of the language, you can't do any of the hundreds of quizzes and tests proposed in 2 floors ... The idea is still addictive and worth the visit. The material on display is a lot and of excellent quality. Even the routes are interesting and attractive for both kids and adults. Would stretch an audio guide in several languages and would be a perfect visit. Four hours spent browsing and another hour in the Park of the castle of neighboring Amalienburg (worth a visit).

The Museum is located in Schloss Nymphenburg man and nature. It is a natural history museum, the living knowledge in the areas of biotechnology, Earth Sciences and life sciences. Impressive dioramas, authentic natural objects, lifelike replicas and interactive exhibits allow fascinating insights into the history of our Earth and of life, but also in the nature of man and his role as part and its environment. Children can press buttons and playing to learn things. Adults can also easily learn or brush up on their once learned and forgotten. In bad weather, you can spend the whole day here.

  • Goods with the family there. Had to wait first a user 15 minutes, while already served on other tables despite later appearing. Then two of the desired snacks were no longer available when ordering. The slightly disorganized-looking operation wanted to go see what is still there. She never came back. Also, the ordered coffee never arrived. After proposed an hour wait on the coffee we are risen and gone after we paid a few served things. According to it was most likely a lost order slip (the coffee was on the invoice). A preposterous considering the consequence for the guest is to lose a piece of paper. The operation not noticed, that we have no drinks to the cake although they repeatedly came past us but not necessarily in favour of the Café. The cake was tasty, service is extremely poor. But again thank you.
