  • My new favourite place in Munich! Just walking around in the greenhouse was definitely my favourite part of the Botanical Garden. So peaceful and very well organised with a lot of small houses. Definitely recommend this a visit even if you're alone.
  • Best flower garden in Munich, fantastic for taking pictures. If you are a photographer looking for a place to shoot flowers, look no further, this is it. Place also very good for taking a walk and reading books etc.
  • It’s my third time going. I have loved it every time.
  • Outstanding! If you need relaxing it is great, if you love botany and would love to see all of it you would need the whole day! The closed glass houses are my favorite! Also it has a really nice cafe ... and the admission for students of Biology is free!
  • I'll recommend you to visit one of the most beautiful Botanical Garden I have seen. I'll tell you no more, but anyone who enjoy the nature and its beauty, should visit it.

Where to stay in Munich

The St. Paul district is the site of Munich's yearly Oktoberfest and offers easy access to the city center. You may be able to find accommodation deals in the Am Schlachthof district, which is populated with small businesses and artists. Glockenbachviertel is the center of the city's nightlife with bars, clubs, and restaurants lining the streets. In contrast, Am alten Südfriedhof is a quiet residential district.
