  • Between the Hofgarten and the Englischer Garten, is the Bayerische Staatskanzlei Chancellory (Bavarian State Chancellery), so it is a compulsory passage point for anyone who wants to get to the Englischer Garten. Big building with beautiful architecture and is worth stopping for pictures.

  • Along the way, between the Hofgarten and the Englischer garten, is the Bayerische Staatskanzlei Chancellory (Bavarian State Chancellery), something as seat of Government. Was created to help the Prime Minister. Is an interesting place, which is possible as the ancient construction and the (recent) ' talk ' to each other. It's a nice place and good to take pictures.

  • For those interested in politically, architecturally and historically a clear recommendation from me. You get a glimpse of the Centre of the Bavarian power and thus a personal link to the politics of today, which often as abstraction is felt. Very interesting and worth seeing.

  • Stunning building located in the Hofgarten, just a few steps from Odeonsplatz. It is about 0,77 km from the city centre. Today it is Bavarian State Chancellery and it is serving as the executive office of the Minister President as head of government of the German Free State of Bavaria.
  • Nice building with modern architecture somewhat mixed with classical themes (not an expert) in front of the war memorial.
  • Its very nice witha. Lot of history
  • The Bavarian State Chancellery consists of a historical centre, the former Army Museum, which was destroyed in the war and then many years standing ruins there. The domed Hall is used for all possible events. The actual work area is located in the two newly built wings, they are normally not accessible to the public.

  • An architectural masterpiece! A successful combination of old and new!
