  • Beautiful House to see. To understand the history of monschau. Some items closed to the public. It lacks explanatory documentation.

  • Without much expectations. On only a very nice house, without spectacular States, or tours; be impressed. There are large pieces of the House a riddle (cellar, upper floors), what a shame. We have especially surprised at the fact that we were the only 2 visitors on Sunday at 10 am ... and that your ankle on the full hours in can (so no continuous access)

  • Here you can see how really successful and wealthy families in the 18th and lived to 19.Jahrhundert (by the cloth trade and production) - become rich. Really interesting the first free floating magnificent staircase between floors and the "icebox" = Luke in the soil, in which kept on ice to cool the food or eating. Beautiful also the music room. Good example of the bourgeois "high culture" of the time.
