  • We went extra a big detour, to visit the Cathedral of Merseburg. This was restored with EU funds, i.e. with taxpayers. Now we are asking €6.50 admission to visit a church. I think it's impossible. So far, I never paid admission a church during the visit, but always gave a donation to the preservation of the Church.

  • An espetacular place with really a thousand years story that is worth it visiting and listening to the tales of the place! Don't forget to see the Raven couple and listen to their story too!
  • A magnificent building with radiant facade, in the yard was a flea markets and craft market. We haven't been in there in the Cathedral itself, but the entire system was very impressive.

  • something a lot are already very impressive but 6.50 euro. To own photography will again cost €2 more and that's been naughty!

  • An imposing structure. At each visit, there to discover new details. A visit is worthwhile in any case!
