  • The current exhibition of rem "Baroque" has, like many other exhibitions a successful and informative approach. The exhibits are mostly excellent and exemplary selected, so that you can learn in fact many new and yet unknown. BUT For years, the accompanying information texts are almost illegible. The current BAROQUE exhibition represents all other poorly made info text in the shadow. Even worse font. Partially transparent backgrounds or colored backgrounds. The details are attached at an angle that one either appears or is even in the shade. This small font and missing English translations. The lighting concept, that the information is then completely illegible is equally disastrous. The guest book is filled by many complaints about it. What a pity! Opportunity missed!

  • The permanent exhibition on the first floor is really very very well made and showed us and our young children a nice look in prehistoric life in the region. A kind of open-air museum but then inside. This museum is the highlight of Mannheim, still before the baroque castle.
