  • A beautiful Center of a beautiful city. The Town Hall and the Christmas party complement each other wonderfully. A beautiful trip.

  • Nice building to look at from the outside and even nicer inside. They have 2 to 3 tours per day at a cost of 5 euros per person which is the only way to get in on. The tour, however, only in German and takes about 1 hour but you are provided with some pages in English, if you can not German. These pages says, however, not so much, so we lose a great deal of the tour, however, is still very nice to see and one of the nicest town halls I've seen. We must unfortunately did not take pictures inside.

  • Unfortunately, the tour takes only an hour but to bretrachten all carvings and images correctly, you need more time. A very interesting building with great details.

  • Very stoic and standing alone in the big courtyard.
  • Must be seen, you have restaurant a good look from the Karstadt on the facade. Fantastically well in the run-up to Christmas

  • Worth seeing, a leisurely stroll through the city can be fine with it.

  • On the West side of the market square from 1230 built and consisting of several individual buildings largest medieval town hall in Northern Germany with elements (brick) Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque as well as painted wooden barrel and wooden beams inside. In the Baroque façade of the market from 1720, and from the 1860s, the town hall tower rises in the Central projection, where there is a Carillon of Meissen porcelain. The filigree Luna fountain with a bronze statue of the goddess of the Moon faces the Town Hall. Worth seeing also dominates the north side of the market square baroque city Castle (since 1925 District Court) of the Dukes of Brunswick-Lüneburg from the 1690s.

  • Very impressive building. Worth is also a tour of the Interior.
