  • Buildings were made long time ago and it just makes people feel their presence. Germany Town Hall is all clean, but also doing tourist destination 10 minutes would consist of. I think relatively close, so walk while enjoying the beautiful city.

  • Repeatedly I have visited the Town Hall as Lüneburg visitors (together with me near the escorts) and guided visit of course. It is quite remarkable that this town hall has largely remained unscathed by fire and war. The rooms are all worth a visit. Too bad only that the old town hall restaurant (in the basement; Entrance West of the market square) no longer has opened.

  • Many eras - a town hall! The guide was great. Anyway, the premises were impressive. Can you recommend.

  • Very stoic and standing alone in the big courtyard.
  • Must be seen, you have restaurant a good look from the Karstadt on the facade. Fantastically well in the run-up to Christmas

  • Worth seeing, a leisurely stroll through the city can be fine with it.

  • On the West side of the market square from 1230 built and consisting of several individual buildings largest medieval town hall in Northern Germany with elements (brick) Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque as well as painted wooden barrel and wooden beams inside. In the Baroque façade of the market from 1720, and from the 1860s, the town hall tower rises in the Central projection, where there is a Carillon of Meissen porcelain. The filigree Luna fountain with a bronze statue of the goddess of the Moon faces the Town Hall. Worth seeing also dominates the north side of the market square baroque city Castle (since 1925 District Court) of the Dukes of Brunswick-Lüneburg from the 1690s.
