  • Quite a bit of the original furniture, so a great place to visit. The gardens are wonderful and compliment the palace. Great visit.
  • Every castle has own stories and interesting past, and this is not an exception! The tour guide takes you back in time and your imagination can soar around... There are guided tours in German and Engl...  more »
  • With ta stuttcard card the gardens are not understood and it is a pity. Peering are very beautiful. The building can be visited only with a guided tour. An attraction a bit rusty. Too bad

  • The palace is nice but the gardens are the best. Young or old(er) will find something here. I find it really good that you can pay your entry tickets with card.
  • Amazing architecture and beautiful building. Well maintained. Slightly expensive to get a tour.
  • It's a really nice looking palace. But in my opinion it is not much different than any other palace. So that's the point where you need to take your time and get to know more about this place. Therefore I'd recommend taking a tour to find out more about its history.
  • You must visit this place. Ludwigsburg residential palace and it's gardens is a whole day experience. It has a huge part of the garden redecoraded like a fairytale for kids and adults to enjoy. Everything is green and beautiful. I was not in the palace this time but the trip was excellent. I think the best way to visit the palace inside is to take a guide. Anyway, the gardens are full of history and storyes about royal families and their lives. You will not be hungry or thirsty, there are plenty restaurants and caffe shops for everybody to enjoy, but be sure to take the bottle of water with you. This place doesn't look as big as it is. All in all, this is a place you must see with your own eyes!
  • Way to expensive... 8,50€ per person... Really? Beautiful but no thanks...
