  • This is brdrene Mann's grandparent's House. That is to say, only the façade is original. The building was badly damaged during the 2. During World War II. 1st floor has exhibition about Germany and Thomas Mann, who took to the United States during the war. On the second floor you can see the two living rooms decorated as in the novel Buddenbroks.
