  • We were lucky and were able to see how two ships up or down was transported huge elevator of this. I've looked at already many old and new locks me, but I've never seen that all vessels have overcome such a difference in height. Welch, a force must lie behind this machine. A very impressive building with impressive technology. It is just a new information center at the visitor parking (2 euro) which is 5 min walk away from the building. There is still a small park and an exhibition hall (admission 3 euros). There are two Resaturantbetriebe in the parking lot.

  • Awesome to see. Ship tour is worth: to allow passenger boat itself even to raise and lower. The adjacent exhibition is really interesting. There we go again!
