  • Given what remains, it should not be a small castle! Too bad that Louis XIV took care in his own way... The oberschloss is paid (€2,5 per adult), we have a small leaflet rather summary in which we can try to find, given the recesses of the parts of the Castle, it is not always obvious. But the charm of the place operates, especially if you have a beautiful Sun; of the one has a beautiful view on Llorach

  • Decided in the morning before flying to ride on the bike. Not to be bored, chose the purpose-Castle Rotteln. The castle itself turned out to be closed for visit (work hours with 10:00). But enjoyed the steep gradients, silence and loneliness. Although the object called "the ruins of the Castle", everything is in perfect order. Good was a lock, if one thousand years is already!

  • When weather is nice, you have very great views of Lörrach and the surrounding area. The walls are also very impressive. Also the beautiful beer garden is not to be sniffed at. Definitely worth a visit.
