Every season, worth a visit. Again and again, you discover there is something new. The offerings of the various exhibitions very well. To the performances in the individual houses, u.a.der offered blacksmiths, rope-making, in the bakehouse with its delicious - everything is right and one is put back in earlier times. "When they were the question - here?" is hard to answer because the answer is missing: again and again!

My friend and I were last night with the little cousins (6 & 8) my girlfriend in the open-air museum and we had a very nice time. There is really much to see and discover. Farm animals of all kinds, different craft professions of the time and of course, the nature of which shone with best weather. With breaks for playground and restaurant, we spent almost five hours on the ground. At Eintriit from €6 per adult, children are free and 2 euro for parking an excellent price / performance ratio. Children could discover the principle of a water wheel on a small model, were allowed to make buttons and bracelets themselves and were too hard at the end. The vegetable and herb beds I liked best personally, because they looked very well maintained and made me a bit jealous. Deduction I give a point unfortunately, because some of the buildings (including the Ropery) unfortunately not to visit were, and you could call us unfortunately no reason at the other stations. Nevertheless, the open-air museum definitely is worth a visit.

The restaurant is located on the grounds of the open-air museum and makes a passable impression optically. This is a already. The colorful, fresh salad of the season was together from ready-made salads and some lettuce. Finished dressing. Cold noodles were the highlight. The whole proud 12.40 euros. Incredible. Our complaint was recorded with bemusement and slight indignation. The barley soup contained sausage in homeopathic doses.

  • Ok
  • Very nice and clean facility. Super tidbits in the bakery. Lovingly preserved homes with authentic equipment. It enjoyed very much and we had a beautiful day there.

  • Very nice Museum and also very quiet during the week. It is advisable to bring a picnic basket, because the local restaurant is anything other than recommended. Six Euro entrance fee go right, but are not a bargain.
