  • Of more then 25 museums visited throughout Germany in the past 5--plus weeks, this has been the on,y negative experience. Front-desk staff/ticket takers would not allow us to enter with my normal purs...  more »
  • The architecture is impressive, when you can warm up for this type of building. The collection is noteworthy--sometimes a little more introduction/explanation would be helpful. The laminated booklets in the halls are very worn and no longer as attractive to touch.

  • The exhibition is very interesting and would have a "very good"-earned. The unfriendly and unprofessional employees spoil a but the enjoyment. This begins already at the box office, where we have been only silence. "Two adults, please." - "10 euro." At the end of the conversation. No greeting, no please, thank you, have fun... No info, there's an audio guide. Other visitors could not find the lockers. "Da back." was all the help they received, although it was obvious that she had not understood it. In the shop, do I with an article at the box office and become silent again. "Good day. I have liked this."-"8 EUR 95." And that's it! No thank you, no "nice day still.", no bag or other packaging. Since I will no longer buy up, because I want to support such irreverent operation.

  • Huge building with lots of interesting expositions. And a great free live guide (in German only) too!

  • Love it!
  • Cool art, lots to see
  • The single employee with whom one can speak are the security and sadly believe people who get to upset about everything again and again, the security would determine what happens in the House. Be nice to the guards ^^
