  • Compared to the impact site of the master, you probably wanted to offer a museum point the tourist flows. It owes it to the brilliant creator, has not succeeded but unfortunately. The birthplace of Mozart, for example provides a good overview of person, work, everyday life, city, country and contemporary less text-heavy. Why intelligent people left Weimar? Other but their livelihoods there found?

  • The Bach Museum is absolutely worth a visit in my opinion! At the entrance there are free audio guides that apply to the entire Museum. The individual rooms are lovingly but modern prepared and also interactively designed in part. The space in which all works by Bach could be heard on comfortable sofas, some original recordings was great. Overall, we spent over two hours in the Museum and found it really great!

  • Einfach toll! Ein Muss für Bachfans!!!
  • We got married in the summer Hall there. It is a really special place, directly in the Bach archive. The museum itself is a small, but very fine Museum with very helpful and friendly staff. A place where it both interesting is to browse, where one feels at the same time but also very welcome. For a visit to Leipzig I recommend it very much because it gives a more personal impression as other places.

  • A museum that takes full advantage of the technology and interactivity and gives a comprehensive overview of the immense work of Bach, and also an interesting smattering of the main research methods
