  • This is a beautiful castle with few visitors. There will always be parking. Be aware that the castle is closed on Mondays and randomly for much of December and January. I recommend the audio tour - in...  more »
  • Wonderful view from the top. Pleasant hike up from the town but can be accessed by car if need be. Reastarant at the top.  more »

  • Great place, good schnitzel as well! Walking trails around the place are great as well, I like that they pretty much let you climb all around this place, its built into the mountain and you can see it on the one pic. Needs more restoration but is a really cool spot, they have concerts and wedding here as well.
  • Nothing special to see here, but if you are local and want a nice walk up a mountain for a great view over Landstuhl (which is only so-so), it can certainly pass the time one day. There are better castles in the area. There is a restaurant with decent food overlooking the city which is pretty neat.
  • My family of 8 really enjoyed seeing this castle. The experience for them was amazing and they are asking to come back soon. The price was great for the experience.
  • Not much of the castle is left but still a nice hike and a pretty good restaurant on top, nice little getaway from all the noise in town.
  • Beautiful views, easy access by car, trails, clean and well maintained grounds. Fun to explore.
