  • A good 2 hr visit close enough to other castel ruins in the area the outside cafe/bar has good food.
  • If your looking for a restored castle you may want to skip, but I love it. The ruins are excellent and it's easy to imagine how spectacular they must have been in their time. Viewing Landstul and Rams...  more »
  • Great castle to visit with friend or family. Take visitor's there for a quick "schloss experience". Love their biergarten as well. Excellent german food! Schnitzel is great.

  • This is an iconic place to see if you're visiting Landstuhl, the castle is beautiful as well as the view from the top. There's also a nice restaurant up there with a good food and drinks selection. They only take cash,so unless you'd like a hike down to the town, make sure you have some on you.
  • Great view of Landstuhl, can eve see the air Base from the top. Easy to get into, not extremely easy to find (you have to go through a neighborhood), and a bit small but still very cool.
  • Who does't love a castle ruin. The restaurant served us some of the best food we've had in Germany yet.
  • Very quiet. Easy to just tour the grounds on your own. Small fee to go inside. Small café on site.
  • Amazing views with a great little cafe to get eats or ice cream. Bring Cash!
