  • Suitable for safe families with younger children. But we va there with 12-15 year olds and they got tired after ngn hour when there aren't many slides for them. Had looked forward to our visit. But we froze constant on land. In the water huh it ok. Only three slides for older children, of which one of the two was the 15-year age limit so they could not all go. The food is eh not good and the service at the restaurant va lousy, had to wait 1 h on drinks and food.

  • The rain forest is simply unique and great tent accommodation for children. Not too full, no long waiting times and wonderfully warm even the end of October.

  • We made it a point to visit during a recent trip to Berlin. The public transportation and bus lined up perfectly. We ordered our tickets online, so there was no wait to get in. Your wristband number assigns you a locker and serves as your payment throughout the day. All of the staff were friendly and were willing to work with my basic level of German. The checkout process was easy with a kiosk or cashier option. The facilities were all clean and well marked.
  • Simply a unique place where You can enjoy your time with your family. I've liked it so much and definitely will be back again! Staff are great at the restaurant and at the reception, really can't find any negative thing to comment about it. Thanks for a nice vacation and see you soon.
  • When we arrived we realised we could not access our caravan due to a broken key. The staff were extremely helpful and arranged alternative lodging and a locksmith. We had four very tired children with us and it was a blessing to have such an understanding staff after a 700 mile car journey! Will def be back again as it was great fun. The breakfast is amazing!!
  • A great place to go and enjoy your day at. There's just as much to see as to enjoy. Great eatery, gift shop, bedrooms (which you have great variety of) and attractions involving water and not. You can even fly in an air balloon. And as for the price it asks it's just perfect. But the one thing this place is missing, that's water slides. Like seriously this much space and only 5 tubes to slide in. And one of them is leaking like crazy and it looks like it might come off any moment. But that's what gets the adrenalin pumping in your body!
  • We visited on the 31st of July. On arrival, it was very busy and we found a place to park quite far from the main complex. We walked around the building in the wrong direction as the entrance and other signs weren't in English at all. The building itself is huge as it is a converted aircraft hangar. The place is very well decorated and themed around as the name may suggest: a tropical resort. It is very expensive to get in and very poor value for money. We paid around €75 for two people. There is a VIP option as well which is a little more expensive and includes a sauna, spa and steam room etc. The place is really for families and young children, there are 4 main slides and an outdoor slip 'n' slide area. The slides were good, but there isn't much else to do besides those for waterpark enthusiasts. The food court was overpriced and the woman was incredibly rude and shouted at us for not understanding that we had to order at the table instead of at the bar (Typical German). The changing/cleaning facilities were nice though and there is a secret pool in the middle of the rain forest. In conclusion: it is overpriced, the staff are rude and will only speak in German to you and there are very few activities to do. But the place is well themed, large and great for families.
